The Favorite "FREE" Cat Toy
There are many products out there for cats and dogs, and I do purchase them from time to time. However, it doesn’t matter how many cat toys I buy, the favorite has been and probably always will be the ring from the milk carton. The cats know the sound of breaking the seal on the milk carton; they all come running to see who can catch it first when I throw it in the air. They spend hours taking it from each other, playing hide and seek with it and killing it. Then undoubtedly it gets slid under some piece of furniture where they will sit forever waiting for it to magically come out on its own. They are funny little creatures.
I will continue to support the pet industry and purchase cat toys and such, but I always know that in a pinch all I have to do is buy a carton of milk, and enjoy the antics of the cats for hours.
Do you have a cat that loves the milk carton ring too? If so, please share.

I am going to try this cat toy idea! I just spent over $200 on cat toys for my new cats, and most of them have been torn apart or lost. In today’s economy I HAVE to find other ways to entertain my boys. My free cat toy idea: my cats love to use a paper bag (handles removed) to play hide and seek, they also love to play with the small cardboard box that they cans of kitty food come in. The cats jump in the box and my son pushed them around the house like he pushes his hot wheels cars. The cats LOVE it. Every morning my son sits on the floor the cats jump in the boxes and meow at him to push them.

Thanks Lori! It’s the little things in life that make us smile. Cats are funny little creatures that can entertain us for hours. Let me know how the milk cartin ring works for Tom & Jerry. Thanks for your continued support, I look forward to hearing from you in the future!
